Service and
Maintenance
We know that keeping good customers happy and protected requires a dedicated service department. We specialize in servicing all projects we install or others control systems. Walters Controls offers full service on parts and labor for the complete controls installation or parts only on the major components.
We can also structure a contract for labor only preventative maintenance that we would perform on a scheduled basis. Any customer with our service contracts enjoy a discount of all parts and a reduced labor rate for work outside any particular contract.
Service contracts allow our customers to maximize the efficiencies of their controls and mechanical systems while at the same time freeing up needed manpower that can be used elsewhere.

Digital Controls
Walters Controls is a distributor of a wide variety of DDC controls, valves, actuators, temperature sensors, thermistors, air and water-measuring devices, along with other products for controls. We also stock replacement parts going back several generations, that can be purchased from our local offices. Items not in stock can be quickly procured from our distributors, and in some cases the same or next day.
